VVPL does not share any information of users with a third party without specifically informing the users at the time of collection or without the express consent of users themselves. By providing your number to VVPL you are authorizing VVPL and its representatives to give you a call to offer you our services for the product you have opted for, impart product knowledge and offer promotions running on the website/app. Irrespective of the fact that you have Registereded yourself under DND or DNC service, you are still authorizing VVPL and its representatives to give you a call for the above mentioned purposes. This is based on your active opt-in to receive promotional offers from VVPL and hence, there is no DNC check required for the number you have provided us through our Website or App.

VVPL reserves the right to perform statistical analysis of user behavior and preferences in order to measure users’ relative interests in the various areas of the website/app for the purpose of product and service development. The sensitive data collected by VVPL is stored with bank grade security.

VVPL also collects non-personal information such as browser type, the URL of the previous website you visited, your ISP, operating system, and your internet protocol (IP) address.

Unless VVPL specifically informs users at the time of collection, or unless users give express consent, VVPL does not provide any personal information to a third party that could be used for identification of a user.   • Mobile Number And Email Address

    • When you Registered with us, we collect your mobile number and email address and validate the same via OTP to uniquely authenticate and identify you and your loan application. This helps us to ensure that no unauthorized device or person is acting on your behalf.

  • Location

    • Our lending App collects and monitors the information about the location of your device to provide timely notifications about availability of services in your location, to reduce risk associated with your loan application and expedite the current address and KYC validation process.

  • Camera

    • Our lending App requires camera access to easily scan and capture your profile photograph, KYC and income-related documents and provide better user experience by auto-filling the relevant document data.

  • Storage

    • Our App requires storage permission so that your KYC and other loan application-related scanned documents can be securely downloaded and saved to your phone. You then can easily upload the right KYC related documents for quick submission of loan application, enhancing the user experience.

  • Social Media

    • Our lending App collects your public profile data depending on the social media or networking platform used, like Facebook/ LinkedIn to login on our lending App. The information collected from your social media networking account shall be clearly displayed to you at the time you log-in to our lending App with your consent.

  • Device Information

    • Our lending app collects and monitors information about your device including your hardware model, operating system information, unique device identifiers, Wi-Fi information, user profile information and mobile network information to offer you customized services and also to uniquely identify the devices to ensure that unauthorized devices are not able to act on your behalf and to mitigate the fraud.

  • Installed Applicants

    • Our lending App collects metadata information which includes the application name, package name, installed time, updated time, version name and version code of each installed application on your device to perform credit risk assessment and mitigation of organized fraud.

8. Links To Other Materials

Linked sites are not under our control and VVPL will not be held responsible for the content or privacy policies of any linked sites or any links containing other linked sites.

9. All Private Information Is Encrypted And Communicated Securely

All communications between your devices and the VVPL website/app that contain any personal/sensitive information are encrypted and transferred over a secure protocol.

10. Child Protection

VVPL does not offer services to, or target, persons considered minor under the Indian laws, i.e. children below 18 years of age. Services are intended for users aged 21 and above only. In compliance with Indian laws, any personal information from individuals that are under the age of 18 will be purged from our database.

11. You Are Responsible For Maintaining The Confidentiality Of Your Login ID And Password

User is responsible for maintaining the security of his/her login id and password, and may not provide these credentials to any third party.
